If you have oily skin, a good home remedy for acne is to use an oatmeal mask. The way you use this mask is by applying an oatmeal and water mix for 15-20 minutes two times daily to get the best results. What will happen is that the paste will dry up and absorb sebum from skin pores. When you remove the mask, make sure to rinse your face with cold water.
Here’s another home remedy for acne that is very successful. It involves using honey and apples. This remedy uses grated apple, which is then mixed together with 4 teaspoons of honey. This mix will be the paste you use on the acne. Leave it on for at least 10 minutes (more is better). Then, remove the paste and rinse with warm water. Do this two or three times a week for the most successful results.
